ACT is a not- for profit organization founded on the need to complement government initiatives in the prevention of HIV infection, strengthening and provision of care and support services to people living with HIV and AIDS including their families. In this pursuit ACT has since formation developed 5 year strategic plans to steer ACT’s growth and performance.  Following the lapse of the 2015-2019 strategy, ACT adopted the 2020-2024 strategy.
